Ford Mustang Convertible

The Mustang Convertible is very nice indeed—simple, traditional and handsome. Round instruments, textured aluminium dash and nice symmetrical steering wheel. The seats, too, are comfortable and good-looking with their lighter centre panels and stitching—and they have adjustable lumbar support.

Most thoughtful of all, however, is the drivetrain. The engine is smoother, quicker- revving and makes more torque and power everywhere at all times. Another feature of the Mustang Convertible is a great exhaust sound when you rev the engine hard under acceleration—or back off. It’s not loud or tiring, but has a wonderful ripping undertone

Generally performance convertibles have virtually no room in the back seat but Mustang does OK. The back seats are nicely sculpted and comfortable. There’s just enough space for feet and legs.
